PROCESSING TIME FOR SHIPMENT

We typically process all orders within 1–2 business days.
The deadline for placing orders is 11:00 PM (MST) Mountain Standard Time.
Please note that shipments are not made on weekends or holidays. We use USPS, UPS shipping services.
If there are any significant delays in shipping your order, we will promptly notify you via email or telephone.

Newlinefilter.shop ships only to the United States. Standard Shipping is Free of charge (5–8 business days). Unfortunately, we do not ship to: American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.

We offer free shipping on orders over $50 anywhere in the USA. Extra Shipping Fee $6.90 on orders less than $50. We do NOT ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

DAMAGES

Newlinefilter.shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, send us an email at: info@newlinefilter.shop

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You are eligible for a full refund, including Shipping & Handling, ONLY if the order has been cancelled prior to shipping. After checkout, if you make a mistake or change your mind, you have 30 minutes to cancel the order.
